Carlos Khoury is the founding President of Elkho Management. After a double master’s degree in finance and human resources, he founded our entity with the objective of relieving, accompanying and helping managers to achieve their objectives.
Passionate about financial strategy and development, he has acquired solid experience in the operational and financial sectors. He also specializes in strategic relations, communication and negotiation.
He has coached and assisted more than
2000 clients with a unique and personalized approach.
Carlos is fluent in English, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and German.
Nicolas Vincent

Katarzyna Szafranska
Director of Administrative Management
Katarzyna Szafranska holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Commerce from IAELyon
and a master’s degree in International Relations from Poland. Katarzyna is particularly interested in operational administration and interpersonal relations at the workplace. With experience in various international companies, she has specialized in administrative management and the daily follow-up of her clients.
Her motivation and adaptability are assets that she will be able to put at your service.
Katarzyna is fluent in Polish, French and English.
Nicolas Vincent

With a master’s degree in Management from EM Lyon, Nicolas brings to Elkho Management his 20 years’ experience in purchasing for large international groups.

Marketing Manager
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Business, Az-Elarab joined the Elkho Management team to complete his master’s in Marketing. He handles the Marketing and Advertising of Elkho Management.
He is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
Adam Jemai
Client Manager
With a real commercial fiber since the beginning of his studies, Adam is a client manager and supervises the sales domain of Elkho Management, constantly looking for new prospects who may be interested in our support.
Kenza Sichi
Marketing Assistant
After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Kenza joined us on a work-study programme to complete her last two years of the International Business Master’s degree.
She works in the marketing team alongside Az-Elarab.
She speaks French, English and Spanish.
